This page provides an overview of my teaching and student supervision, covering both my current work at Breda University of Applied Sciences and my teaching at previous institutions.
Current Teaching
My teaching at Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) follows a project-based and self-study approach: students learn by working on real-world projects, taking ownership of their own learning process with support from mentors. I am involved in both the Applied Data Science & Artificial Intelligence bachelor program and the Master in Game Technology program. My main responsibilities are:
- Coordinating a first-year course on deep learning, including its design, content, and assessment.
- Mentoring first-year students in small groups, supporting their project work throughout the year.
- Supervising bachelor's graduation projects and master's theses.
Previous Teaching
Before joining BUas, I taught a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses in artificial intelligence, programming, computer graphics, game development, and interactive storytelling at IADE, PUC-Rio, UERJ, and UNIRIO.
